I am completely dissatisfied with my experience. I ordered a couch, which initially was perfect.. really lovely colour and fit. About 2 weeks in, one couch cushion began to sink in. The company was kind enough to take the cushion back and offered to change the interior foam. Once they picked up the cushion, I was notified that it would be returned the following week. We confirmed delivery date. When the date came, I did not hear from the company. I contacted support who told me there was a delay… no one contacted me to let me know that my cushion wouldn’t be arriving, I had to reach out! Not to mention, we had a big get together planned that evening, which we had to cancel as we had essentially half a couch. (Let me not begin with all the preparation that went to waste). I was the guaranteed that the cushion would arrive the following Tuesday… when Tuesday came, I again heard nothing from the company. I had to be the one to reach out yet again, just to be informed that there was another delay…
Eventually my cushion arrived.. HARD AS A ROCK!!! You cannot even sit on this thing, and that is not an over exaggeration. Completely uncomfortable and does not fit the same material as the other cushions.
Huge disappointment. It’s a real shame because the furniture looks beautiful.. but as we all know, looks can be deceiving.
I really wanted to build my bedroom with the lovely-looking furniture on their website.. but that sure as hell won’t happen now.

We’re truly sorry for the delay and any inconvenience it caused. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been, especially with your plans. When we were informed that your cushion had lost its shape within two weeks, we took it back and replaced the foam free of charge to ensure long-term durability.
The slight delay happened because we had to source a higher-density foam to prevent the same issue from happening again. It’s normal for new foam to feel firmer at first, but it softens over time to match the rest of the sofa.
