Are all the products I see in your online store available?
At Lux Furniture we strive to have all our products available to order. However, there are cases where a product has been sold out or discontinued. To be 100% sure that the order you placed will not face any problem regarding the availability of the products, a representative of the company will contact you, at most in 1 working day from the moment of your order.
Can I make changes to my order?

What if the products I have at home do not look like what I imagined?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If there is a problem with a product or if things don't look like what you expected, please let us know. We might be able to help.
How soon will my order arrive?
All orders are delivered within 3-7 working days. In case of delivery delay, contact us at 25 564 039, to check the progress of your order.
Can I make an appointment for a specific delivery time?
The products are delivered within a time frame defined by the transport agency. You will be notified by the transport agency one day before delivery. In case you are not available for collection, a new transfer is arranged by the transport agency, for another day.
What should I know when receiving my order?
Very important when receiving your order is:
Check the packaging of all products. If the packaging is damaged and there is a risk of the product being damaged, you must not sign the receipt before informing us on 25 564 039
Check that you have received all packages listed on the delivery note.
Make sure that the eventual amount requested by the transport agency matches what you agreed with the company. In case of an additional charge that you are not aware of, please inform us at 25 564 039
