Buffets and consoles

A buffet stores dinnerware and tablecloths beside the table and lends a serving surface at gatherings. A console, narrower, stands in the entrance or hallway, receiving keys and first impressions. In the collection, the Melina buffet and consoles like the Ariana, the Ismene and the Nefeli.

Practical sizes

For comfortable passage, leave 90 cm between buffet and table. In the entrance, a depth of about 35 to 40 cm is enough to keep the space open.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between a sideboard and a console?

A sideboard is deeper and closed, made mainly for storage in a dining room or living room. A console is shallower, lighter and decorative. The consoles we carry are more striking and luxurious, the final piece that steals the show in a hallway, entrance or behind the sofa, and makes the home look more put together.

Where does a sideboard go?

Classically in the dining room, near the table, for tableware and linens. But it works equally well in a living room as closed storage.

What depth should I watch out for?

In the walkway around the table, leave at least 80 cm free between the sideboard and the chairs. Each piece's dimensions are listed on its page.

Delivery and assembly?

Both free, across Cyprus.
